I have no confidence in Markstrom. Thomas at least gives this team a chance to win every night, Markstrom on the other hand lets in a lot of easy goals which kills any momentum this team gets.

Got Buffalo tomorrow. Buffalo is the worst team currently in our division. This game is a must win. Losing would be a complete let down tomorrow night. With that said, Markstrom needs to be on his A game. Buffalo has the advantage in goal, other than that if the Panthers come out with a lot of energy, I don't see why they can't come away with 2 points.

Again, it's a must win. Lets not sugarcoat anything here. Panthers started this season very poorly, they must take advantage of this home stand and get the 2 points.

Buffalo and TB are winnable games. STL is not. If they can be 5-7-1 after these 3 games then it's a huge success. Getting a point vs the Champs was huge but coming out flat vs Buffalo would pretty much show us what kind of team we have this season. Lose in regulation tomorrow and this season is basically over. Same goes for Buffalo so you know they will be coming out hard. Panthers better be ready but we all know the Panthers always come out flat in the 1st period so this game scares me big time. It's not out of the question that Buffalo leads 2-0 after 1 period of play tomorrow. It's just how things go with the Panthers. We know them all to well.

Really though, this was the risk with Thomas's signing, you know he's 40, you know he took last year completely off from game action and probably wasn't at his normal level of conditioning....

That leads to more minor injuries.

That said, the whole reason you didn't mind signing TT was because Markstrom is right there anyway.

Seriously you guys should win. We like the basement. We want all others out.

Does it really matter who is in goal, you guys are almost guaranteed last place this year? Let the new guy get some experience and grow with the team. Florida will be a force in a couple years.

Not true at all, the Panthers are better than the Flyers, Rags, and Sabers. There are no signs of that not being the case all year. The Panthers always play with heart and you cant say that for a lot of teams in the NHL.

Terrible for the panthers. But let me just say this the value is there. There is no one like Gudbranson on the panthers he like one of three people that hit, he looks like he will most likely be our next captain.

His development took a hit when he got hurt, but you can see the improvement is there every game. Cats ownership is very high on him and unless it is a massive overpayment he isn't going anywhere.

Our only option tonight is to come out like a bat out of hell. We have to go at the Sabres hard and fast. Don't let up. Win these next two at least and hope for a point against the Blues. OR, get rested in the 4 days between games and pay them back for the romping they put on us earlier in the season. We can do this. We have the players. Let's get Markstrom a win and help his confidence.

Panthers lack of skill is the reason Buffalo is still in this game. 1-1 at home vs Buffalo is a joke.
